What will be the maximum rent increase in 2024?
During 2023, there is a limit to the updating of new rental contracts: this limit is 2%.
However, this percentage will vary in 2024. The new cap will be 3%.
And starting in 2025, a new reference index different from the CPI will be applied to update rental income.
Who pays the property management costs?
The new regulations contemplate in Section 1 of Article 20 that the costs of real estate management and formalization of the contract will be borne by the lessor.
